My Skills
Leadership and Team Management
Effective leadership and team management are essential for driving organizational success and fostering a productive, motivated workforce. A strong leader provides clear vision and direction, aligning team goals with the company’s broader objectives while inspiring trust and commitment.
Event Management
Well-managed events require skilled professionals to oversee logistics, safety, crowd control, and media coordination. Events like the South Asian Games or national tournaments are more than just competitions—they are platforms for unity and global visibility.
Sports Marketing & Sponsorship
Sports need funding which comes largely from sponsorships, merchandise, and media rights.
In Nepal, engaging local businesses or global brands in sports sponsorship can open a world of opportunity for underfunded teams and events.
Community & Sports Development
In Nepal, sports can divert youth from negative influences, provide purpose, and instill national pride—especially in rural areas where opportunities are limited. Organizing youth leagues, school competitions, or inclusive community events fosters leadership, teamwork, and discipline in young people.
Policy & Governance
Good governance is at the heart of sustainable sports development. Sports policies must align with educational goals, health initiatives, and national development plans. Nepal's sports authorities have a golden opportunity to integrate sports into broader national goals like tourism, youth employment, and global representation.
Finance & Budgeting
For sports organizations to be successful and sustainable over the long run, budgeting and finance are essential in sports management. By tracking and managing their income and expenses, sports organizations can improve their financial performance with the use of revenue-expense management.
